The Holistic Health Corner offers massage therapy, trauma therapy, movement, and nutrition services in-person in New Zealand and online internationally. Our services complement your healthcare routine but are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Your Responsibility
- Age Requirement: Users must be at least 18 years old to book appointments. For patients under 18, a guardian must book the appointment on their behalf.
- Health Disclosure: Please provide accurate health information so we can tailor our services to you. We’re here to help, but we need complete information to do so.
- Compliance: We respect your local laws and ask that you do the same when using our services.

Booking & Payments
- Booking: Appointments can be easily booked via our website or contact form↗.
- Payments: We accept bank transfer only. You will be provided with an invoice after your appointment, which is due immediately.
- Cancellation Policy: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% fee, and no-shows will be charged the full amount.

- Consultations: Our online consultations are provided via secure platforms. Please ensure you have a stable internet connection for the best experience.

No services are regulated by an official New Zealand body, hence by booking with us, you agree to Holistic Health Corner not being liable for any damages arising from the use of our services. You are advised to provide feedback during your appointment, not after, as only then can we make the right adjustments assuring your comfort. It is your sole responsibility to check with your healthcare provider whether any of our services are appropriate and suitable. However, we assure you that we will consult with you in your best interest, ensuring you are looked after at all stages of the process.
- Indemnity: Users agree to indemnify Holistic Health Corner from any claims arising from their use of our services.
